When it comes to restaurants, the Bellagio really lives up to its star status: the likes of Michael Mina and Wolfgang Puck have created outposts here, offering some of the finest dining in town. But while we love a blow-out supper, it’s great to see chef Roy Ellamar doing something a bit different at Harvest – with his market-inspired menu of healthy fresh dishes. Highlights include Hawaiian tuna steaks, salt and pepper octopus, and homemade pasta with locally-sourced veggies and goats’ cheese – alongside classic cocktails, cold-pressed juices and an excellent wine list.
Ask our Flight Centre Concierge team about booking your restaurants in advance.
