Allow at least three to four days to see the major sites in Marrakech, but you could easily spend a week (or more!) exploring Marrakesh and immersing yourself in all the city has to offer.
Light clothing and comfortable shoes are a must – Marrakech's medina is a maze of narrow streets and alleys, so you may be doing a lot of walking. Sun protection and insect repellent are also recommended.
