Here you can decide to either fly home after finishing your safari adventure or extend your stay in Kenya with a beach stay on Mombasa's coastline. Along the way, you'll be able to witness spectacular wildlife sightings, enjoy breathtaking views of natural beauty and experience the rich cultural heritage of the region. The journey includes stays in lodges or camps that offer stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. Day 1
Fly to Nairobi from the UK
Days 1-2
Nairobi
Upon arrival into Nairobi you'll be met and transferred to the Eka Hotel where you'll have the afternoon at your leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel with bed and breakfast included in your package, before you head off on your Safari on Day 2.

Day 2
Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
Leaving Nairobi after breakfast, you travel towards Kenya's fertile highlands and head down the rift escarpment on the road built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II. On the way spot the charming chapel built at the foot of the escarpment. Pass the impressive Longonot earth satellite station as you head across the valley to Narok; continue your travels across acres of wheat and barley, before reaching the Masai Mara in time for lunch. Following lunch set off on your first game drive, returning to the lodge as the sun sets. The Keekorok Lodge is where you'll be staying, it lies at the southern end of Masai Mara National park and is situated in the direct path of the annual wildlife migration.

Day 3
Masai Mara National Reserve
Following an early breakfast, depart on a morning game drive, returning to the camp mid-morning. After lunch, set off on another game drive in the afternoon and enjoy finish it off with a visit to the Masai Village, returning to the lodge as the sunsets.

Day 4
Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha
Leaving the Masai Mara after breakfast, travel across the ‘breadbasket’ of Kenya, where acres of wheat and barley litter the landscape as you head north to Narok, the district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. Now travel across the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley, keeping an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle as you head up the Mai-Mahiu, before arriving at Lake Naivasha around midday. Following lunch, depart on an afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha, with the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5
Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park
Following breakfast, leaving Lake Naivasha behind, you continue towards Nairobi. Meet your fellow travelers’ that join from Nairobi and then head south east towards Amboseli arriving for a late lunch. In the afternoon depart on a game drive returning as the sun sets. Your accommodation for the night is set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park. Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the lodge looks out over the golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of the mountain itself. Close by are a series of emerald-green swamps, which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. As the only sources of water in the park, this attracts huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffalos and plains game.

Day 6
Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
Following early breakfast, depart to Tsavo West arriving at your lodge just in time for lunch. The journey takes you east, across the spectacular Shetani lava flow, a reminder of the molten outpouring that spilled down the scenic slopes of the nearby Chyulu Hills over the last three centuries. Following lunch depart on an afternoon gamedrive, including a visit to Mzima Springs with its underwater viewing holes. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Your accommodation for the night is at the Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge, superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro, and sheltered by the volcanic splendour of the Chyulu Hills. This classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own water hole, which is visited daily by elephants, buffalos and a wide variety of plains game.

Day 7
Tsavo West National Park – Taita Hills Sanctuary
This morning, following early breakfast and a gamedrive enroute to the gate, continue to Taita Hills Sanctuary arriving for lunch at the Safari Resort. Following lunch, transfer to Saltlick Lodge. After a short siesta, depart on an afternoon gamedrive. Your overnight accommodation is at the spectacular Salt Lick Safari Lodge, in the heart of a private Wildlife Sanctuary. It lies adjacent to Tsavo National Park, playing an increasingly important role in the protection and conservation of Kenya's wildlife heritage. The entire lodge is raised on stilts, providing 24-hour game viewing opportunities from any corner of the lodge. Spend the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure, viewing game from the lodge’s underground hide or from the lodge balcony.

Day 8
Taita Hills – Mombasa
Early breakfast is served today before continuing your journey to your final destination, Mombasa. Once in the city, opt to extend your stay in Kenya with some time relaxing by the beautiful beaches, or head off to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
