Texas Holidays
Stetsons at the ready, Texas is pure cowboy country. The second biggest state in the USA, there’s plenty to see here, and it’ll undoubtedly take more than one visit to do so. Discover the home of NASA’s Mission Control in Houston, watch the rodeo in Dallas/Fort Worth, remember the Alamo in San Antonio, and immerse yourself in the sounds of state capital Austin, renowned for being the Live Music Capital of the World. And, wherever you go, be sure to tuck into a basket of ribs, brisket and sausage – after all, the barbecue roots run deep in the Lone Star State.
