Days 1-2
Fly from the UK to Perth.
Days 2-5
Perth
Arrive in Perth and head off to the picturesque Swan Valley to experience the region's award-winning food and drink. Here you can indulge in lavender infused scones, gorge on locally matured cheeses and sample your favourite tipple from the many wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries that call the Swan Valley home. Back in the city, explore the galleries and museums, hidden laneways and heritage buildings, take a walk or cycle along the extensive Swan River pathways or have a picnic in King’s Park, a 990-acre green space filled with historic memorials and native flora.

Days 6-7
Margaret River
Next stop is the Margaret River region, an excellent surfing, rock climbing and boutique beer brewing spot, with spectacular bushwalking and mountain biking to boot. Here you’ll stay at Bunker Bay Resort for two nights overlooking the ocean. Visit the region’s best breweries and wineries, sample the delicious wines and tuck into a tasty gourmet lunch and admire the far reaching vineyard views.

Days 8-9
Margaret River
Staying in Margaret River, the heart of the wine region, you can explore the nearby Mammoth cave system or perhaps head down to the Indian Ocean and take a walk along the ruggedly beautiful coastline to Surfers Point where you can watch surfers riding the huge waves – remember to look out for dolphins!

Days 10-12
Fremantle
Finish your trip in vibrant Fremantle, a laid-back city known locally as ‘Freo’. Perched on the waterfront just 14 miles from the heart of Perth, Fremantle enjoys a coffee or two and even has a dedicated ‘Cappuccino Strip’. If coffee’s not your thing try a craft beer at the Little Creatures brewery or tuck into fresh seafood by the water. Take the ferry to Rottnest Island, the home of the quokka. Get up close to this unique marsupial known for its friendly disposition and cheeky grin.
