Although Flinders Ranges is beautiful all-year round, the summer can be a little steamy for some. If you’re planning to explore on foot, the open season is from April to October. Autumn, winter or spring are all ideal for tackling the challenging trails, while the latter is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful as the landscape is peppered with wildflowers.

There is no shortage of fun to be found in the Flinders Ranges! Hike the rugged terrain, explore ancient rock formations and marvel at the awe-inspiring Mars-like scenery.
