Available on selected flights, Lufthansa’s Premium Economy Class delivers many of the perks of the Business Class experience at prices closer to Economy rates. The newly equipped Premium Economy cabins promise more personal space, with a 38-inch seat pitch and wide seats with adjustable backrest and footrest. The extensive in-flight entertainment program can be enjoyed on larger 10-11 inch personal seatback screens. The on-board dining experience starts with a welcome drink, followed by a Premium Economy multi-course hot meal menu served on china crockery. Additional features of Premium Economy include an additional baggage allowance of 2 bags weighing up to 23kg, and access to many of the Lufthansa Business Class Lounges for a fee.
