New First Class
Operating between London Heathrow and Tokyo Haneda, ANA's new First Class is inspired by luxury Japanese hotels and is the most spacious, fully enclosed seating ever seen on an ANA aircraft. New features include the addition of privacy-enhancing doors as well as a crystal-clear 43-inch monitor that is the world‟s first 4K personal monitor on a commercial airliner. 'THE Suite' also boasts a movable partition which can be adjusted upon request to pair seats, as well as a universal PC and USB port. For the ultimate grandeur, a luxury dark wood finish features throughout the cabin.
Standard First Class
Operating between continental Europe and Tokyo, ANA’s First Class offering has tall partitions and simple, elegant décor, creating a calm and sophisticated environment in a personal space all of your own. There is ample storage too, including a closet for hanging your coats and jackets and generous space to store your personal belongings. This really is a private room in the sky. A special chauffeur service is available to shuttle ANA-operated international First Class passengers to and from their ANA operated domestic connections at Haneda Airport. A hybrid LEXUS luxury vehicle will drive passengers between the international and domestic terminals.
Entertainment: Experience the latest movies, games, music and audio books in your own private space when you fly First Class with ANA.
Food and beverage: Much like Business Class, meals in First Class are selected by ‘The Connoisseurs’, fusing together a collection of dishes and drinks from all around the world – including some Japanese delicacies.
Lounges

- London Heathrow Airport: At London Heathrow Terminal 2, First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class guests can enjoy the Star Alliance Partner’s business lounges.
- Tokyo Haneda Airport: Experience comfort with the Ana Suite Lounge (First Class) and Ana Lounge (Business and Premium Economy Class) available at the newly expanded Haneda Airport, providing a variety of enhanced services, such as meals, shower booths and the business corner. The ‘Dining h’ restaurant is exclusive to Ana Suite Lounge guests at Haneda.
- Tokyo Narita Airport: Spend every moment in total comfort at the Ana Suite Lounge and Ana Lounge before your departure. Just sit back and relax; enjoy the shower rooms and massage chairs. If you need to catch up on work, there is a Wi-Fi service, and guests can also enjoy an a la carte or assorted buffet menu.
