There’s no denying it: 2020 was a strange, confusing and challenging year for the travel industry. While some of us were lucky enough to grab short breaks and European jaunts here and there, for the most part we were asked to ‘stay at home’ as the world worked to fight a deadly virus. We waited patiently for travel corridor announcements, news of quarantine-free destinations, quick-turnaround PCR tests and, of course, a much-needed vaccine, all to be able to do one of the things we love the most: broaden our minds, bodies and souls through travel.

Most importantly, we spoke to many of our customers, colleagues and experts throughout 2020 to build up a picture of what people want from holidays in the future, and have collated all our findings into a report. Want to know if your 2021 travel plans in a COVID-19 world align with everyone else’s?
