Commonwealth Games Gold Coast 2018

The Commonwealth Games are set to take place in 2018 on the Gold Coast, Australia and is set to be the largest sporting event Australia has seen in this decade. From the 4th to the 15th of April, over 6,600 athletes from 70 countries and territories will decend on the Gold Coast in Queensland to take part in a range of events from athletics to basketball, cycling, diving, gymnastics, hockey, rugby sevens, swimming, triathlon and weightlifting. Venues for the games are located all around the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane.
