Check-in

Indonesia Airport has three main terminals – Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 – each with check-in facilities. It’s always a good idea to arrive at the airport nice and early for your flight, and to confirm check-in times directly with your airline as each may have different requirements. As a general guide, aim for at least two hours before domestic departures and three hours before international flights. The airport itself advises that even three hours may not always be enough for international departures during busy periods, so building in a little extra time is wise.

Baggage

Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class, so it’s important to confirm what’s included with your flight booking to avoid any surprises at bag drop! For more specific information on baggage limits, such as the size, weight and number of bags included in your airfare, check with your airline or ask your Travel Expert for assistance. Need to store your bags at Indonesia Airport? 24-hour left luggage services are available in Terminals 2 and 3. Baggage wrapping is also on offer near the check-in areas, and free trolleys are provided throughout.

Facilities

There are a range of facilities available at Indonesia Airport for your convenience and use before or after your flight.

DAMRI and private shuttle buses provide services from each terminal to various city destinations and surrounding areas. Bus loading zones are located at each terminal.

Multi-level parking facilities are available adjacent to all three terminals, with a combined capacity of over 5,000 vehicles.

The three main terminals are connected by the free Skytrain automated people-mover, which runs approximately every 20 minutes from around 04:00 until midnight. A shuttle bus service also operates between terminals.
