Denver Airport has a single main terminal – the Jeppesen Terminal – with ticketing and check-in located on Level 6. The terminal is split into East and West sides, so it’s worth checking which side your airline uses before you arrive. It’s always a good idea to get to the airport nice and early for your flight, and to confirm check-in times directly with your airline as each may have different requirements. As a general guide, aim for at least two hours before domestic departures and three hours before international flights. Remember, it’s often possible to check in online in advance via your airline’s website or app, which can be a great way to save time on the day of travel.
Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class, so it’s important to confirm what’s included with your flight booking to avoid any surprises at bag drop! For more specific information on baggage limits, such as the size, weight and number of bags included in your airfare, check with your airline or ask your Travel Expert for assistance. It’s worth noting that Denver Airport does not currently offer a public luggage storage service. Free luggage carts are available at curbside and in the baggage claim area, and the Lost & Found office is located on Level 1 East of the Jeppesen Terminal.
There are a range of facilities available at Denver Airport for your convenience and use before or after your flight.
