London Stansted is well serviced by public transport with a rail station located directly below the terminal building. For travel to central London, the Stansted Express travels to Liverpool Street every 15 minutes with the overall journey taking 47 minutes. Long distance trains are also available for travel to Birmingham, Cambridgeshire and the Midlands.
Car hire desks are located in the arrivals area. Companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Europcar and Sixt. Your consultant can book your car hire for you for guaranteed availability.
The airport's check-in area is located on the ground floor of the terminal. Check-in zones are signposted in alphabetical order.
TTT Moneycorp exchange facilities can be found after security, in the arrivals area and in the Baggage Reclaim Hall.
London Luton offers business facilities within the No.1 Lounge located at Gate 49. Here for an entry fee you can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks as well as Wi-Fi access, payphones and fax. Alternatively there are meeting rooms and conference facilities available in the United Business Centre at Stansted Airport as well as the nearby Hilton and Radisson Blu.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal for the first 60 minutes per day under the network _stanstedairport. After the recorded time period an access fee will then apply.
Family rooms and baby changing facilities are located throughout the terminal in departures and arrivals.
A baggage storage facility is located at the airport service desk in the International Arrivals landside concourse. You can leave your bags here for £10 for 24 hours. BagWrap.Com also offers a baggage wrapping service which can be found at the front of the terminal concourse.
Bagport offer a bespoke porter service and assistance for passengers departing and arriving at Stansted Airport.
You can find free-to-access showers at Stansted Airport in the departure lounge after security and in the arrivals area.
