Public Transport

Green and white 901 buses run from the 3 terminals to the city. The buses can stop at bus stops all along the way to the city and terminate at the Old Fish Market on Al Nasr Street. Travel time from the airport to the city by bus is approximately 45 minutes.

Car Hire

Car hire desks are located in Skypark Parking, opposite Terminal 3. Companies include Budget, Dollar, Europcar, Hertz, Thrifty and Payless. Talk to your consultant about booking car hire in advance.

Check-in

Abu Dhabi has a wide range of check-in locations including at the airport and city check-in at the Abu Dhabi Mall. City check-in can be done so up to 24 hours in advance.

Money Exchange

Money exchange facilities and cash machines can be found before and after security control in all terminals. 

Business Services

Business passengers can visit the Airport Services Centre in the departures area of Terminal 1 before passport control and keep working at one of the business lounges after passport control (access conditions apply).

Internet Access

Abu Dhabi offers customers unlimited free Wi-Fi as well as free Wi-fi connected kiosks for up to 50 minutes, at all 3 terminals.

Family Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available throughout all 3 terminals, before and after security. There is also a dedicated children's play area located near Gate 32 in Terminal 3.

Baggage

Baggage storage is available at the airport's various lounges (access conditions apply). For lost property assistance, contact the Baggage Service staff at the Arrival Hall or Airport Security.

Concierge

Abu Dhabi offers a range of meet and greet services, some of which include fast track immigration clearances, porterage, and chauffeur services.

Airport Lounges

Abu Dhabi has 3 Etihad lounges and 4 independently operated lounges. To book access to Abu Dhabi's independent airport lounges, talk to your Flight Centre consultant.

Al Reem - Escape the hustle and bustle of the airport at the Al Reem Lounge located in Terminal 1. The lounge is open to the public for a fee and admission is based on a first come, first serve basis. Facilities and services include showers, TVs, hot and cold beverages, hot food buffet, sandwiches and snacks. Free Wi-Fi is available while laptops can be provided upon request.

Al Ghazal - The only lounge located in Terminal 2, the Al Ghazal Lounge is available to First and Business Class passengers flying with any airline except Etihad. Facilities include internet stations, free Wi-Fi, TVs, hot and cold beverages, a buffet, sandwiches and snacks. Admission is based on a first come, first serve basis.

Airline Lounges

Etihad - Etihad has 3 lounges located within Abu Dhabi Airport; 2 Diamond First Class lounges located at Terminal 1 and 3, and an Etihad Pearl Business Class lounge at Terminal 3. Etihad First Class passengers can relax and freshen up with showers, comfortable beds and an ironing service at the Diamond First Class Lounge. Dine at the world class restaurant and order off the à la carte menu. Children are also welcome with a fully equipped play area and kid's menu on offer. Etihad's Business Class passengers are well catered for with showers, an ironing service, Mac stations, fax and printing facilities at the Pearl Business Class lounge. An international buffet and children's area are also on offer.

Terminal Transfers

Abu Dhabi has 3 terminals, all of which are within 20 minutes walking distance of each other. To save time, a free inter-terminal shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes.
