Day 1
Fly from the UK to Buenos Aires
Days 2-4
Buenos Aires
Arrive in beautiful Buenos Aires and meet with your local guide. In this cosmopolitan, cultured and chic city, you’ll discover exceptional cuisine through a lively cooking class, as well as getting to know the colonial architecture, funky neighbourhoods and thriving nightlife under your own steam. Perhaps take in a football game or tango show, or stroll the streets in search of local landmarks – we especially love the artistic Recoleta Cemetery, opulent book store El Ateneo Grand Splendid, and 19th-century square Plaza de Mayo. You’ll soon discover the city’s fiery Latin heart, and its appreciation for European style.

Days 5-7
Iguassu Falls
Prepare to feel the thunder of the largest waterfall on the planet. Straddling the Argentine-Brazilian border, Iguassu (also spelt Iguazu or Iguacu) is one of the most jaw-dropping sights in the world, with 275 falls stretching 80 metres high and over 1.2 miles in length. Backed by verdant jungle, the falls can be seen from both countries. Best of all, on this incredible itinerary, you’ll fly here from Buenos Aires and get to judge which side does it better – thanks to private tours from both angles. Walk the trails, gaze over the iconic Devil’s Throat Falls, and stand inches away from the roaring cascades that have easily earnt their place as one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Days 8-10
Rio de Janeiro
The locals say 'if God made the world in six days, he devoted the seventh to Rio'. Spend a few days here, and it’s easy to see why. Sunshine, beautiful bays, seaside walkways and – of course – heaps of people-watching. Your time in Rio is yours to spend as your please, so why not take the cable car up to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, check out the samba clubs in bohemian Lapa, or simply relax on one of the most famous beaches in the world: Copacabana. We’ll even hook you up with a private bike tour on day eight, so you can explore the city’s most scenic, Instagrammable locations on two wheels, with help from a local guide.
