1. Our hotels are hand picked for your protection

We’ll always offer you accommodation from our range of hand-picked hotels. These are the properties that we know and love, so you can be assured that we’ve done our job and aren’t booking you in to just ‘any hotel’. And if, due to any failure around COVID-19 safeguarding, you’re not happy with the accommodation from this range, our lovely people are on hand 24/7 to get that sorted for you.

 

2. We only use Checked & Trusted airlines

We’ve selected the very best airlines to form our ‘Checked & Trusted’ range, and each one we recommend has made significant changes to their cleaning and safety protocols in light of the pandemic. We want you to feel safe when you travel, and have even created a grid so you can see exactly what each airline is doing to ensure this.  

3. We'll book your holiday for just £49 deposit

You can book your holiday for a low deposit of just £49*, making it even easier to start dreaming about your next adventure. And you won’t have to pay the full balance until six weeks before you travel, so you’ve got plenty of time to change your plans. 

 

4. We'll waive our fees if you change or cancel

If you need to amend or cancel your holiday for any reason, we’ll let you do that, with ZERO Flight Centre fees**.

5. We know the best flights & fares as the world reopens

We’ll break down the rules and policies around flexibility for our preferred airlines, so you know exactly where you stand if you want to make any changes. Whether you decide to alter your flight dates or even the destination, our expert Travel Consultants know all the details and will simplify any complex information.

 

6. We'll refund you if government advice changes

We’ll refund you IN FULL if your trip is cancelled as a result of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office changing its guidance and advising against travel.

7. Our insurance covers COVID-19

If you take out travel insurance with us and fall ill while travelling, we’ll be on the other end of the phone, 24/7, to help. Plus, our Cover-More policies provide cover for medical bills and necessary additional accommodation while being treated for COVID-19 illnesses. 8. We'll protect your money

We'll always protect you and your money. In fact, all our package holidays are ATOL protected for your complete peace of mind. Please note, if you book your flight and accommodation separately your trip won’t be ATOL protected. As such, our experts will always ask you about booking your hotel and flight together so we can offer you as much protection as possible.

9. We've got the latest, trusted travel advice

We’ll navigate and collate all the most up-to-date travel guidance to ensure you’re equipped with the right information before you go. We’ve even created our ‘Where’s Safe to Travel’ hub (WISTT for short!), so you can access the latest updates at any time.
