Grande Anse on La Digue island, Seychelles

Pillow-soft sands and topaz waters, set against a backdrop of rolling green hills – is this the stuff of dreams? Nope: it’s just your average day in the Seychelles. Scattered across the Indian Ocean to the north-east of Madagascar, the Seychelles make up the oldest island chain in the world. Ancient granite boulders and coco de mer trees decorate picturesque beaches, surrounded by jungle and mountain forests. Mahe, Praslin and La Digue, the largest of the 115 islands, are home to giant tortoises and myriad bird life. Dive in and explore the turquoise waters that team with life, or ask your Expert to time your stay with turtle nesting season (September to March).
