You can’t visit Sydney without sampling some of its famous beaches and there are plenty to choose from – head to Bondi Beach for people-watching or soak up the laid-back atmosphere of Manly. Uluru
Today, catch your flight from Sydney to Uluru (Ayers Rock). The isolated and sacred Aboriginal site of Uluru is one of Australia’s icons and upon arrival you’ll be left truly breathless. Spend time enjoying the magic of this huge monolith – you could walk around the base of Uluru with an Aboriginal guide and learn about their traditions and culture. Watch as the rock seemingly changes colour, from dusky pink to fiery red and mauve – from sunrise to sundown, and marvel at the majestic Kata Tjuta rock formation – truly a sight to behold.
