The Kids on Safari programme makes Sarili Lodge a great choice for those with children. Children can play at the Kids of Safari Adventure Centre, which includes a zipline, climbing walls, tree houses and a slide. To learn more about the environment around them, be sure to take your family to the awareness centres such as the Born Free Big Cat Rescue and Education Centres and the Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre.
Why we recommend Sarili Lodge at Shamwari
Sarili Lodge offers just five rooms, each of which can sleep up to two adults. The lodge puts on twice daily guided game drives, plus guided bush walks and birdwatching excursions, or you could always hang out at the lodge and enjoy the far reaching views of the bush and its wildlife. Kids will love a visit to the Born Free Foundation Big Cat Rescue Centre where they can get close to the lions and leopards that frequent this area.
