Little ones aged four to 12 will love the Fontainebleau’s Kids’’ club: its ever-changing programme of art and activities includes treasure hunts, beach games, drama classes and more. On Fridays and Saturdays, Fontainebleau’s Kids’' Night Out invites children to watch big-name movies and play games with their new-found friends – while you enjoy some well-deserved down time. Babysitting services are available on request, and many of the restaurants offer children’s menus too.

Pack your appetite, because Fontainebleau’s restaurant scene is top-notch. Celebrity chefs Michael Mina and Scott Conant bring a little stardust to suppertime with their eponymous eateries, while Hakkasan delivers the exquisite Chinese fare that it’s famed for. La Côte serves up French favourites in a suitably decadent setting, and has a gorgeous Gallic wine list to match. Prefer more laid-back bites? Vida’s all-American buffets are fabulously fresh, while Blade specialises in salads, sushi and artisan beers.

Why we recommend Fontainebleau Miami Beach

When Fontainebleau Miami Beach first opened its doors in 1954, it hosted the likes of Elvis and Frank Sinatra – and it’s still one of Miami’s best-loved retreats. The setting is spectacular: between Biscayne Bay and the gorgeous Atlantic coast, with the powder-soft beach on its doorstep. In fact, every inch of the hotel is dedicated to sun-worshipping – with eleven (eleven!) swimming pools to choose from, including one just for Kids’, one ocean-front stunner, and even one that starred in the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger. You’ll find us wallowing in party-loving Arkadia Day Club pool, while the little ones blow off steam in the Kids’’ club or fun family lagoon. Love a good spa? Lapis is a real treat: an opus of mineral pools, massage-jet showers, and eucalyptus steam baths. It’s just as sublime as it sounds...
