Days 1-2
Fly from the UK to Beijing
Day 2
Welcome to Beijing
Welcome to China! After landing at Beijing Capital Airport, you'll be taken to your hotel to check in, allowing you the rest of the day to discover the vibrant capital, where rich history meets modern architecture, including famous landmarks like the Forbidden City and the Great Wall. Later, join us in the hotel lobby for a welcome meeting to begin your adventure!
Day 3
The Forbidden City
After breakfast, we’ll kick off our day at the famous Tiananmen Square, home to Chairman Mao’s tomb and various significant monuments—though we’ll only admire the tomb's exterior. Next, we’ll explore the stunning Forbidden City, a vast palace complex that housed Chinese emperors for over 500 years, before venturing into Beijing's historic hutongs to stroll through charming alleys and traditional courtyards, followed by an evening of indulging in a delicious Peking roast duck dinner!
Day 4
The Great Wall of China
Get ready for an exhilarating adventure to the legendary Great Wall of China, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that embodies the spirit and creativity of Chinese civilization. Our visit to the Huanghuacheng section, named for its stunning yellow wildflowers, includes a scenic hike along this unique stretch—where part of the wall is submerged—and concludes with an unforgettable evening of awe-inspiring Chinese acrobatics!
Day 5
Welcome to Luoyang
After breakfast, we’ll make our way to the railway station for a relaxing high-speed train ride to Luoyang, lasting around 4 to 4.5 hours. Once we arrive, you’ll meet our local guide and enjoy lunch before exploring the stunning Longmen Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its vast collection of ancient sculptures carved into the cliffs, followed by an evening stroll through Shizi Street, where you can indulge in the delicious local cuisine.
Day 6
Xiyuan Park & Shaolin Monastery
Today starts with a trip to the lively Xiyuan Park, where locals come together to dance and sing, creating a vibrant morning atmosphere perfect for joining in on the fun. Next, prepare for an exciting visit to the famous Shaolin Monastery, the legendary birthplace of Chinese martial arts, where you'll be captivated by an impressive Kung Fu performance before concluding the day with a delicious dinner at a local restaurant to savor the flavors of Luoyang.
Day 7
Xi'an City Wall
Wake up early for a train journey to Xi'an, where we’ll begin with a bike ride or a leisurely stroll along the ancient and well-preserved Xi'an City Wall, offering breathtaking views of the city’s blend of history and modernity. Afterward, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Muslim Quarter, savoring the delicious aromas from food stalls, enjoying a captivating shadow puppetry show at the Gao Family courtyard, and concluding the day by learning to make and savor local dumplings, paired with a refreshing drink.

Terracotta Warriors
Today starts with an unforgettable visit to the Terracotta Army and Warriors, a UNESCO World Heritage site showcasing an extraordinary collection of life-sized sculptures representing the armies of Qin Shi Huang, China’s first emperor. After exploring this impressive site, you’ll visit a Terracotta Warrior Factory to learn about the ancient production techniques, before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant and some free time to discover Xi'an at your leisure.
Day 9
