“Flight Centre Business Travel got in touch when we were having problems with one of our suppliers, and it seemed an excellent time to review our supplier list. We first met Gary when he came to our initial meeting.
We want to ensure that our travellers reach their destinations via the most suitable and cost-effective route possible – while also making sure that we adhere to our financial regulations and budget restrictions.
Our staff and consultants travel all over the world. As well as Europe, North America and Asia, our more unusual destinations include Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Angola and smaller African nations.
We have a high turnover of travellers on a very frequent basis, so we book through Flight Centre on most working days. And, when Gary or another team member isn’t available, we use the Flight Centre Out Of Hours team.
Gary predominantly books flights, accommodation and a few airport transfers. He’s always willing to go that extra mile and will suggest unusual ticketing options to reduce the ticket cost. We’re pleased to now be able to book the Lesotho Sun Hotel through Flight Centre – the travellers who go appreciate it.
We keep in touch through quarterly meetings, which are very constructive with issues and suggestions from both sides and he always brings goodies!”
