Swiss Economy cabins contain seats with a pitch of 32 inches, lumbar support and 9 inch seat-back screens on Airbus A330-300 and A340 aircraft. Passengers are provided hot towels before landing. The in-flight menu includes a choice between a meat or vegetarian dish, Swiss chocolates, a range of beverages and small meals for children. On intercontinental flights, Economy passengers are served a selection of Swiss cheeses with their meal. Swiss International Air Lines has audio-video-on-demand systems offering 22 movies, 40 TV shows, 16 music channels, 15 games and over 300 CDs.

Swiss Business

Swiss Business cabins contain 2 metre long flat beds with lumbar support, massage functions, personal storage and 11.8 inch seat-back screens. Passengers are provided pillows, amenity kits and a glass of champagne prior to departure. The in-flight menu includes 5 course meals, a range of beverages, Swiss chocolates and quick meal options while long haul flights serve traditional Swiss cuisine. Swiss International Air Lines has audio-video-on-demand systems offering 22 movies, 40 TV shows, 16 music channels, 15 games and more than 300 CDs.

Swiss First

Swiss First cabins contain 2 metre long flat beds with privacy screens, ottomans, in-seat power supply, telephones, USB ports and 23 inch personal screens. Passengers are provided pillows, duvets, sleepwear, slippers and amenity kits containing socks, masks, toothbrushes, toothpaste and ear plugs. The in-flight menu includes 7-course meals, desserts, Swiss truffles, à la carte meals and a range of beverages including espresso. Swiss International Air Lines has audio-video-on-demand systems offering 22 movies, 40 TV shows, 16 music channels, 15 games and more than 300 CDs.

Swiss Economy passengers are allowed 1 piece of 8kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage when departing Brazil and 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage when flying to India, the USA, Canada and Mexico. For all other destinations, passengers are allowed 1 piece of 20kg checked baggage.

Swiss Business passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 8kg (each) hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage when departing Brazil or flying to India, the USA, Canada and Mexico, and 1 piece of 30kg checked baggage for all other destinations.

Swiss First passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 8kg (each) hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage when departing Brazil or flying to India, the USA, Canada and Mexico, and 1 piece of 40kg checked baggage for all other destinations.

Swiss International Air Lines has a range of lounges located in Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Chicago (O'Hara), Moscow (Domodedovo) and New York (JFK). Lounges include the SWISS First Lounge, SWISS Senator Lounge, SWISS business Lounge, and Swiss Arrival Lounge amongst others. Facilities may vary between lounge types and locations but can include showers, TV screens, a library, a smoker's bar, à la carte restaurants and business facilities. Swiss First passengers, Swiss Business passengers, HON Circle members, Star Alliance Gold members and Miles & More Senator Card holders have select access to lounges.
