We were curious to hear which destinations our favourite travel bloggers would choose as their Most Wanted, and here’s what they had to say:

Byron Bay Most Wanted

“My most wanted destination right now is Byron Bay in Australia. When I was there two years ago I felt so far away from everything…in a really, really good way. I set my alarm so I could hike up to Cape Byron Lighthouse before the Australian summer sun had fully turned up the heat; the views are worth the trek! The rest of the day was spent on the beach and after the sun went down my boyfriend and I stumbled across a cosy wine bar serving tapas for dinner. I have such fond memories of our 48 hour trip there; I’d really like to top them up with some more!”

“After writing a feature all about Australia Day, it has to be Perth as a starting point for a fun few weeks touring the country. Kicking back with a beer in hand, on a white sand beach while seeing the sights Down Under is my idea of perfection, especially with this awful rainy weather we’ve had to endure.”

Hong Kong Most Wanted

Emma at The Edible Woman chose Hong Kong as her Most Wanted destination. She says: “The perfect place to re-align your inner Feng Shui is with Tai Chi at dawn as the sun rises over Kowloon Bay or sipping ancient blends at a tea appreciation class. If all that sounds too laid back there’s also the chaos of the local markets, Happy Valley horse races and heart-stopping views of this seething metropolis from Victoria Peak.”

Las Vegas Most Wanted

“Las Vegas is my Most Wanted destination at the moment; I visited a number of years ago but only for one night, which is simply not enough time to see all that Vegas has to offer. I’m going back soon and the more research I do, the more I realize that there is so much more to Las Vegas than just desert and gambling. There are amazing day trips such as the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, and a really cool vintage scene just waiting to be discovered. I now can’t wait to return to the city I was once convinced I would hate.”
