We’re delighted to announce that for the sixth consecutive year, Flight Centre UK Ltd has been named one of the UK’s leading workplaces in the coveted Great Place to Work® annual awards.
Placing 20th in the large organisation category (companies with 500+ employees); Flight Centre rose head and shoulders above the competition, being the only travel company to make the list. Great Place to Work® recognised Flight Centre as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture, achieved through the company’s £2 million investment in staff training and continuous development.
Flight Centre was rigorously assessed via two components: an employee survey and an audit of its management and HR practices. The strength of leadership across the 2,000-strong workforce and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies were all credited as the success to Flight Centre’s workplace culture.
