Win a 5* Holiday to Mauritius for two worth £5000

1. The Prize: the advertised holiday includes return direct business class airfare with Air Mauritius for 2 people, return private airport transfers and 7 nights half board accommodation at the 5* Legends resort Mauritius. Departure dates are strictly between 30/10/2009-30/11/2009
2. The holiday prize advertised in the promotion is intended to be an indication of the actual holiday the prize winner could book and is not deemed to represent the exact inclusions of the holiday prize. Flight Centre will pay up to a maximum total of £5000 for the prize winner to book a long haul holiday of their choice which must include a minimum of 2 return airfares departing from and returning to any UK airport and a minimum of 7 nights accommodation for 2 people.
3. Only one holiday booking is permitted and must be for a minimum of 2 people travelling together for the duration of the holiday. Long haul is deemed to be more than 7 hours flying time from the UK
4. No cash alternative will be given if the prize booked is less than the maximum permitted of £5000. The value of the prize can not be split across 2 bookings
5. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Participants"). Employees of Flight Centre (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person's family are not permitted to enter. Flight Centre reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
6. The prize winner must be the principle name on the holiday booking.
7. The Promotional Period is 01/07/2009 to 31/07/2009. Prize draw entry will close at midnight on 31/07/2009. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via email. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email before 31/08/2009. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email.
8. Flights are subject to availability and first choice of dates cannot be guaranteed.
9. Taxes, fees & surcharges are the responsibility of the prizewinner(s).
10. Passport, visa & health requirements and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prizewinners(s).
11. Prizewinner tickets must be booked at least 4 weeks before travel and travel must be completed by 31/01/10.
12. Tickets must be booked through the promoter, Flight Centre.
13. Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
14. This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such causes.
16. In the unlikely event that the passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Flight Centre will not be held responsible.
17. Flight Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.
