How do I purchase a Gift Card?
It's very easy – you can either visit or call any one of over 100 UK Flight Centre stores to buy a Gift Card. Click here to find the store nearest to you.
If you purchase a Gift Card over the phone we will post the Gift Card to any address you chose in the UK.
How much are the Gift Cards?
You can choose the value of the Gift Card – the minimum value is £5, the maximum value is £1000. You can also buy multiple Gift Cards at the same time.
How do I use my Gift Card?
A Flight Centre Gift Card can only be used in a Flight Centre UK shop and is as good as cash. If you are redeeming a Gift Card over the phone you will need to quote your Gift Card number at the time of purchase to your travel consultant. If you are redeeming your Gift Card in a Flight Centre store you will also need to have your specific Gift Card number. Your Gift Card number is printed on the reverse of your Gift Card.
Do I need to spend the whole amount on the Gift Card in one go?
No, the value on the Gift Card is as good as cash and you can use as little or as much of the credit as you wish.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please notify a Flight Centre store as soon as you notice your Gift Card is lost or stolen. In most cases we are unable to refund lost or stolen Gift Cards as the balance is treated as cash.
How long are the Gift Cards valid for?
Your Gift Card will expire 3 years after the initial purchase and any balance will be forfeited.
