The temperature from January and February can often fall below freezing which attracts many skiing and skating enthusiasts, but the winter months don’t stop people in Toronto, as the underground shopping concourses allows people to walk through much of the downtown area whilst avoiding the cold. The entire city comes to life from late spring to early fall with numerous outdoor concerts and open-air dining.
