Terms and conditions of the Flight Centre Subscribe & Win promotion
- The Prize: One Flight Centre Travel Voucher valued at £1000 only.
- The Flight Centre Travel Voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. The voucher must be used at a participating UK Flight Centre store.
- This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Participants"). Employees of Flight Centre (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person's family are not permitted to enter. Flight Centre reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
- No purchase is necessary
- The Promotional Period is 01/02/2010 to 28/02/2010. Prize draw entry will close at midnight on 28/02/2010. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via email. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email before 12/03/2010. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email.
- All reservations must be made no later than 6 months after the Travel Voucher issue date.
- Validity of Travel Voucher cannot be extended.
- Bookings must be made a minimum of 2 weeks before the proposed date of travel.
- Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
- The prize does not include transport to and from any airport, spending money, accommodation or travel insurance.
- Tickets must be booked through the promoter, Flight Centre.
- Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such causes.
- In the unlikely event that the passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Flight Centre will not be held responsible.
- Flight Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of its promotion, or any tickets issued free, without notice, in the event of a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events.
