As Brand Leader, Andy sets the strategic plan for the brand and works with all departments in order to improve our client offering and deliver on our Customer Value Propositions. With over 10 years’ experience within the travel industry, Andy is proud to work with the best people in the business and attributes his biggest career achievement to growing the brand’s client numbers by 45 percent.

From the ticket desk of Iberia and BMI at London Heathrow, to working as a travel co-ordinator for the Saudi Royal Family, Zoe has over 25 years’ experience within business travel and was recently the recipient of Flight Centre’s Hall of Fame award. With her incredible wealth of knowledge and expertise, Zoe leads the team’s operations to ensure all Account Managers and Business Development Managers are working to the best of their abilities and have the right tools available to them to provide an excellent service to their clients.
Head of Client Relations
Charlie Hall has been with Flight Centre Business Travel for over eight years. Originally working as a Business Development Manager, he now heads up our Client Relationship Team who are on hand to help our customer’s manage their company’s travel needs and enhance their travel solutions. The team also helps our Account Managers to negotiate with air and land suppliers on our clients behalf, and consolidate spend to increase savings and efficiency.
