Atlanta Airport has a new Rental Car Centre accessible via a five-minute SkyTrain trip from the airport itself. There are many rental car companies featured in the centre, including Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, Payless, Thrifty and more. Talk to your consultant about booking car hire in advance.

Money Exchange

Chicago Airport has several currency exchange desks. These are located in Concourse B and C of Terminal 1, at the Seaway National Bank in Terminal 2, next to Gate K11 in Terminal 3, and on the lower level of Terminal 5. There are also cash machines conveniently located throughout the airport. 

Business Services

While there are no conference facilities at Chicago Airport, business travellers can make use of the airport's VIP lounges, post office, fax and copy services, WiFi access and public phones.

Delta Air Lines - Delta Air Lines has a Sky Club lounge located in Concourse E of Terminal 2, across from Gate E4. The lounge provides eligible members with a fully-stocked bar, snacks, televisions, Wi-Fi, meeting facilities, phones and fax machines.

United Airlines - United Airlines offers its United Club Members, Business and First Class passengers and Eligible Star Alliance Gold Members access to the United Club Lounge in Concourse D of Atlanta Airport, between Gates 12 and 14. The United Club Lounge provides complimentary beverages and snacks, concierge services, Wi-Fi, phones, fax machines, photocopiers and reading material.

British Airways - The British Airways Terraces Lounge is exclusively for First Class, Club World and Club Europe customers, as well as Gold and Silver Executive Club members. Within the lounge is the World Wine bar, offering a wide variety of complimentary wines and other beverages. There is also the Terraces Lounge Restaurant for those in need of a meal while waiting for their flight. Other amenities include computers, free Wi-Fi, power points, complimentary massages and the Elemis spa.

Terminal Transfers

The best way to get between the terminals of Chicago Airport is the Airport Transit System. This is a free, 24-hour rail service that operates between all four terminals, the long-term car park, the Metra station and bus stop.
