To qualify for the EU award over 1,000 company’s in all EU country’s took part in national surveys of the Best Workplaces, conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute*. The results from the national surveys were then used by the EU Commission to compile the EU 100 Best Workplaces list.
Flight Centre was placed 11th in the UK top 50 workplaces and the results appear in the Financial Times today. Selection was primarily based on 250 randomly selected employee’s responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index, a survey developed by the Great Place to Work Institute.
