FLIGHT CENTRE employees have for the third year running voted their company a great place to work propelling the company onto the list of the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for in Britain.

Chris Galanty, head of retail at Flight Centre UK, said it was fantastic news that yet again the company’s employees had given such positive feedback on the organization.
"Since we first made the list three years ago we have felt extremely proud to be on one of the most prestigious company awards lists in the UK. Given that the competition was even stiffer this year with almost a third more company’s entering, we are very pleased to be the only travel company to be in the Top 100".
"We have built up a reputation as a people-focused business and our culture is about cultivating personal and career development, which gives our employees a strong degree of empowerment. Our employees clearly appreciate this along with our innovative and unique approach that rewards hard work through its uncapped incentive scheme".
